in Institution Project (ii) South Asia WASH Result Program (iii) Advancing Women to Activate on
Rights & Empowerment (AWARE) and ENRICH Projects. Duration: 08 January 2013
to 14 January 2021 Location: Meherpur Rajshahi and Gaibandha.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitated the
development of partnerships with local stakeholders to promote livelihoods
and financial empowerment, particularly focusing on addressing
marginalized communities.
- Organized support
programs aimed at enhancing the economic and social resilience of
individuals affected by the impacts of climate change, including capacity
development initiatives on livelihoods.
- Coordinated value
chain development and market linkages for women collectives, enabling them
to access economic opportunities and enhance their financial inclusion.
- Facilitated
awareness-raising and capacity-building initiatives to improve the rights
and status of women, adolescent girls, boys, and young children.

with inclusive WASH facilities.
§ 3536 Govt. Primary schools are aware of handwashing in
5 critical times.
§ 342 little doctor clubs have strengthened
§ 342 schools have available soap at the handwashing
station.
§ Led a wide range of areas i.e. 8 Districts and 15
Sub-districts.
3. Organization: MANOSIKA Position:
Program Coordinator-School Feeding Program Duration: January 01 2011 to January 06 2013 Location: Pabna & Lalmonirhat Districts.
Responsibilities:
§ Distributed food aid commodities through the field
staff effectively in collaboration with DPE and school teachers.
§ Checked warehouses physically including warehouse
staff performance in keeping food aid and other facilities of warehouses.
§ Coordinated with DPE & EU personnel concerned
about the project interventions and administration.
Key Achievements:
§ Contributed to reducing absenteeism of 405 primary
school students by supplying biscuits.
§ Contributed to reducing reaching out to students at
primary schools.
04. Organization: RUPANTAR Position: Project
Coordinator-Child Led Development Project Duration: December 17, 2009, to
December 31, 2010 Location: Lalmonirhat.
Responsibilities:
§ To build awareness of child rights child marriage
protection, education cultural engagements advocacy and civic engagement.
§ Community mobilization imparting training programs, facilitating children organizations and functioning standing committees of
Union Parishad.
§ Established child groups' club cultural teams for
enhancing child rights through training day observation cultural interventions
etc.

§ Adequate changes have happened to stop child marriage
in the project areas.

TMSS Position: Zonal Coordinator-FSVGD Counter-Trafficking ROSC and HELP-UP
Projects Duration: February 06, 2005, November 22, 2009, Location: Thakurgaon
Jaipurhat and Rangpur
Responsibilities:
§ Coordinated strengthening skills of poor women to plan
and manage their businesses i.e. shops cow and poultry rearing fish culture
small business etc.
§ Coordinated groups to build awareness on early
marriage education, nutrition, birth registration safe spaces access to legal aid
and WASH.

development of victims on livelihood, life skills and services for survivors of
trafficking persons.
