2.       Key Responsibilities:

    • Developing and implementing effective program plans
    • Providing administrative and financial support for project implementation
    • Supervising and coaching team members to ensure high-quality implementation
    • Maintaining strong communication and collaboration with project stakeholders
    • Overseeing and implementing a creative monitoring and evaluation process

3.       Office Management:

    • Manage all offices under the project
    • Ensure timely attendance of all staff members
    • Coordinate with Coordinator- Field Operation, Head of Programs, Director-Development Programs, and Chief Executive of NAME OF ORGANIZATION regarding project activities and implementation
    • Maintain a proper chain of command according to NAME OF ORGANIZATIONmanual

4.       Administrative Tasks:

    • Make decisions regarding any staff-related issues within the project
    • Determine internal staff transfers for improved project implementation
    • Inform senior management at [Name of Organization]  about any major administrative issues
    • Write emails with proper justification to seek approval from the Organization and NAME OF DONOR , as needed

5.       Program Implementation:

    • Develop activity plans aligned with the project implementation plan for respective District Health Offices (DHOs)

    • Collaborate with CO-Field Operation of NAME OF ORGANIZATION and NAME OF DONOR  regarding project activities and implementation
    • Coordinate with Coordinator-Field Operation, Coordinator-Finance, Director-Development Programs, Finance Director, Central procurement committee, and Chief Executive of NAME OF ORGANIZATION regarding project activities and implementation
    • Maintain coordination with other team members of the project

7.       Monitoring & Supervision:

    • Monitor and supervise the monthly work plans of the M&E Officer, DHOs, and Admin & Accounts Officer (A&AO)
    • Assess staff performance and the quality of work
    • Conduct random program interventions to ensure successful outcomes

8.       Reporting:

    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual qualitative and quantitative reports and submit them to NAME OF ORGANIZATION authority and the donor agency
    • Collect good practices and success stories to include in the reports
    • Ensure timely submission of project reports to the Organization and NAME OF DONOR

9.       Financial Management-related Tasks:

    • Share with project staff how  making the project budget cost-effective based on needs
    • Ensure proper utilization of the approved project budget and provide financial statements to NAME OF DONOR
    • Promote the sustainability of the cost-effective budget through local ownership

10.   Visitor Facilitation:

    • Facilitate visits from donors, NAME OF ORGANIZATION management representatives, and other visitors as required by NAME OF ORGANIZATION management

11.   Others:

    • Maintain proper records of files, letters, documents, reports, etc.
    • Preserve necessary photographs of project activities

12.   General Rules:

    • Be punctual and present at the office on time
    • Complete daily task Name of Organization within the designated time
    • Carry out work responsibilities diligently
    • Adhere to organizational policies and manuals
