§ I have obtained two post-graduation degrees in both EMBA in Marketing and a Master’s in Management.
§ I have more than 15 years of hands-on managerial experience in integrated project management in diverse contexts with a wide range of stakeholders. Besides, extensive multi-sectorial experience in Project Management, Partnership management, Donor management, Livelihood Development, Socio-Economic Development, Child & adolescent development, Women’s Rights & Empowerment, Food security, Climate change adaptation, Trafficking, Education, and WASH Projects management.
§ During my career, I have worked on the establishment of 300 community groups’ the formation of women’s federations; created employment for 2000 women through business interventions, and access to water and sanitation for 1 million people in urban and rural areas.
§ I have adequate skills in project leadership such as analytical skills, networking and communications, people management, project management, staff management, and belief in teamwork for optimum resource utilization. Led a wide range of areas i.e. 8 Districts and 15 Sub-districts under the South Asia WASH Result Programme.
§ Skills in internal online computer systems and databases related to planning, monitoring, and reporting (PMR) of projects and programs like mPMIS, mWater, etc.
§ I have supported and worked for different donor-funded projects i.e. EU, USAID, ActionAid, Plan Bangladesh, WaterAid, WSUP Bangladesh, Ministry of Education & Health, Local Government, and so on.
§ As an experienced person, I have always used to carry

Organization: SKS Foundation Position: Project Coordinator/Manager (i) WASH
in Institution Project (ii) South
Asia WASH Result Programme (iii) Advancing Women to Activate on
Rights & Empowerment (AWARE) and Performed additional responsibility in
Strengthening Women Collectives (SWC) & Mato-O-Manush Projects. Duration:
08 January 2013 to 14 January 2021 Location: Meherpur Rajshahi
and Gaibandha.
Responsibilities:
§ Facilitated in developing a partnership with local key stakeholders to promote livelihoods and the financial attachment to the poor women in particular addressing climate-vulnerable peoples.
§ Organized support program, including capacity development of program participants on livelihood for enhancing economic and social resilience of people affected by the consequences of climate change.
§ Practical experience in managing Emergency Response and or Recovery project interventions.
§ Coordinated value chain development and market linkage to the women's collectives.
§ Facilitated awareness raising and capacity building to improve the women's rights and the status of women adolescent girls boys and young children.

§ 20000 sanitary napkins are distributed among the 75 School student and 38 wheelchairs are provided at the community clinic through advocacy.
§ 31 Community Clinics & 7 schools are renovated inclusive WASH facilities.
§ 3536 Govt. primary schools are aware of handwashing in 5 critical times.
§ 342 little doctor clubs have strengthened
§ 342 schools have available soap at the handwashing station.
§ Led a wide range of areas i.e. 8 Districts and 15 Sub-districts.

Program Duration: January 01 2011 to January 06 2013 Location: Pabna &
Lalmonirhat Districts.
Responsibilities:
§ Distributed food aid commodities through the field staff effectively in collaboration with DPE and school teachers.
§ Checked warehouses physically including warehouse staff performance in keeping food aid and other facilities of warehouses.
§ Coordinated with DPE & EU personnel concerned about the project interventions and administration.
Key Achievements:
§ Contributed to reducing
absenteeism of 405 primary school students by supplying biscuits.
§ Contributed to reducing reaching out to students
at primary schools.
